Enable social network portability

Description

We should ensure social networking information (buddy lists) in Midgard is portable with other sites.

This has two sides:

  • Enable inviting friends from other services like Gmail and Myspace, and importing friend lists from XFN+hCard-enabled sites like Dopplr does
